We are sad to announce that, on February 26, 2023, at the age of 95, Donald E. Chasteen (Springfield, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elvis Chasteen and Bertha Chasteen; his children, Tina Stillwell (Mark) and Steve Chasteen (Sonja); his grandchildren, Casey Chasteen and Christopher Chasteen; his pet Black Magic of Springfield; his sister Sue Leighton; his sister-in-law Gloriabell Chasteen of Mountain Grove; his siblings, Maxine Anderson, Ray Chasteen and Bob Chasteen; and his siblings-in-law, Noble Leighton and Mavis Chasteen. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to National Avenue Christian Church or Council of Churches' Crosslines.
