She was predeceased by: her parents, James Garfield and Bessie Dee Johnston Faylor; her son Michael Deese; and her siblings, Thelma Wheeler, Betty Ann Rosier, James Johnston, Marvin D. Johnston, James D. Faylor and Paul E. Faylor.
She is survived by: her children, Mitchel Deese of Salem, Benton Rosier (Derenda) of Springfield, Russell Rosier (Alena) of Virginia and Kari Rosier of Springfield, Missouri. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
