She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby Meade and Ruth Meade (Jones); her former husband Donald Lamar Crouthamel; her husband John Franklin Phillips Jr.; her sons, Larry Dean Phillips and John Franklin Phillips III; and her sisters, Deane Meeks and Betty Ruth Meade.
She is survived by: her son Donald Eugene Crouthamel. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
