He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert and Hazel Brockus; and his aunts and uncles, Violet, Ray Hensly, Charlie and Janit Myers.
He is survived by: his parent Roberta Brockus Andrews; his siblings, Randy Gentry (Rosemary) of Harrisonville, MO, Jerry Gentry (Frank Sabatini) of San Diego, CA and Brendetta Gentry (Susanne Beattie) of Whidbey Island, WA; his nieces, Madi Gentry Toloui and Camryn Gentry; and his close friend Eddie Webster. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins along with his friends.
Memorials in memory of Doug, may be made to "Family Choice" with proceeds going to defray funeral cost.
