He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry "Will" and Martha Francis Casey-Moss of Elijah; his siblings, William and Martha Moss; and his wife Wanda Lee Romans-Moss.

He is survived by: his children, Martha Delenna Moss-Sutton, Roslind Moss-Hamm, Melita Moss-Dever, William Moss and Dale Moss; his grandchildren, Karen Hamm-Johnson, Joshua Moss and Jason Schneider; and his great grandchildren, Max Johnson, Elliot Moss and Jacob Schneider. He is also survived by children, nieces, nephews.
