He was predeceased by: his parents, Orva Looney and Sylvia Looney; his brother Jimmie Dale Looney; and his nephew Gregory Scotty Looney. He is survived by: his siblings, Bob Looney, Eunice Franklin of Arkansas City, Kansas and Shirley Vaughan of Springfield, Missouri.; and his grandchildren, Megan Hicks (Jordan) and Garrett Young (Stormy). He is also survived by Great-grandchildren, along with serval nieces and nephews.
