She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Hert and Virginia Hert; her husband Bob Scherff; her son Roger (Cheryl); her brother Ed Hert; and her sister-in-law Mary Lou Hert.
She is survived by: her children, Brad Scherff (Tracy), Bert Scherff (Sonja) and Patti Cooper (Gary); and her grandchildren, Matt, Andrew, Kelly (Alex), Kryshia (Eric), Brittany (Mike), Candace (Taylor), Albert Jr. (Maria), Marvin, Madi, Kaci (Grant), Mitch (Ashley) and Melissa (Brandon). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
