She is survived by: her mother Mary Gates of Taos; her husband Philip Mothersead of Springfield; her daughters, Laura Ewing (Mike) of St. Louis and Kerri Cauldwell (Brandon) of Kennesaw, Georgia.; her grandchildren, Will and Ellie Ewing; and her brothers, Steve Gates (Perihan), Chris Gates of Santa Fe and Phil Gates of Butte, Montana..
