She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kenneth and Betty Jane Bury; her daughter Jennifer Lee; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Bury and Doug Kelliker.
She is survived by: her daughter Molly Elizabeth; her husband Byron Stewart; her son-in-law Christopher Mantei; her grandson Reed Mantei; and her siblings, Saralee Jamieson and James Kevin Bury.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pregnancy Care Center, 1342 E. Primrose St., Springfield, MO 65804. Elizabeth made and donated dozens of baby blankets to this impactful organization throughout her lifetime.
