With sadness, we share the passing of Ellen Spickler in Springfield, Missouri. Ellen, born on February 18, 1936, passed away on August 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Landis and Cleta Landis (Scott); her spouse Thomas Spickler; her siblings, Kirk Kirkpatrick, Jim Landis, Jerry Landis and Marilyn Dow; her son-in-law Steve McPhetridge; and her close friend Loretta Yates.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lois McPhetridge of Republic, MO, Pam Ticknor of Monett, MO and Danielle Dickerson of Republic; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Landis, Sharon Rusche and Annette Fares. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
