She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lowell, Maxine Sims, Ralph and Patricia Keeney; and her uncle Kevin Worley.
She is survived by: her parents, Chris Worley and Karen Worley (Keeney) of Lake Ozark, Missouri; her husband Justin Yates; her children, Paris Yates, Sophia Yates and Justus Yates; her sisters, Quinn Barlund of Lake Ozark, Devon Worley of Lake Ozark, Missouri and Meghan Worley of Springfield, Missouri; her niece Kaet Roberts (Steve); her nephew Aiden Worley; her great-niece Ecko; and her great-nephew Skylar.
Memorial donations may be made to "Sophia's College Fund" and left at the funeral home.
