We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2023, at the age of 92, Evelyn Morris (Springfield, Missouri), born in Coweta, Oklahoma passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Evelyn Morris to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Edward Mercer and Marian Walker Mercer; her husband Roger Morris; and her siblings, Dorothy Jefferson, Hope Young and Bud Mercer.
She is survived by: her children, John Morris (Margie) of Lawton, David Morris (Jan) of Weatherford and Merri Morris of Ozark, Missouri; and her brother Jimmy Mercer (Janelle) of Houston, Texas. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Due to Ann's involvement in children's education, in lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be sent to the John A. Morris Scholarship fund at Northeastern State University Foundation Alumni Association, 812 North Cedar Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464.
