He is survived by: his sister Geraldine Pendergraft; his children, Tammie Doran of Nixa, Tonya Elwood of Springfield and Tracy Wade (Tracey) of Rogersville; his granddaughters, Carly Thomas (Taryn) of Nixa and Taylor Orr (Chaseten) of Fort Gibson, OK; and his great grandchildren, Haiden Thomas, Jenna Thomas and Kyndal Orr. He is also survived by grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
