She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Metcalf and Lula Margaret Metcalf (Swadley); and her great grandchild Samuel Hardy Davis. She is survived by: her children, Michael Richard (Patricia) of Kansas City, Wayne Alan (Wendy) of Seymour, Kenneth Gene of Forsyth and Gayle Ann (Carl Allen) of Reeds Spring; her husband Bobby Warren David; her daughter Karen Leigh Turner (David); and her grandson Daniel Brian David. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
