He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lee Clouse, Sr. and Rosalie Fern Clouse (Hughes). He is survived by: his wife Ruby Mae Clouse; his children, Sherry Day (Greg) and Michael Clouse (Candiance); his grandsons, Evan Clouse and Hunter Clouse (Bethany); his siblings, Harry Lee Clouse, Jr. (Donetta), Anna Ray (Jack) and Altheda "Skeeter" Decker; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
Family requests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
