He was predeceased by: his parents, Abram Henry and Ethel Eliza Bell Lewis; his wife Donna Lewis; his siblings, Bob Lewis, Bud Lewis, Frances Tucker and Eileen Smithey; and his great grandchild Nora Schindler.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Lewis (Sue), Randy Lewis (Jo), Christy Jones (Kevin) and Rusty Lewis (Andrea). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
