He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Rosenkrans and Marjorie Lindberg Rosenkrans; his siblings, Lynn Rosenkrans, Dolores Smeeton (Don) and Jerry Rosenkrans; and his son Shawn Rosenkrans.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Banks; his sister Marion Green; his sister-in-law Norma Pickering; his nieces and nephews, Yvonne Galloway, Jesse Galloway, David Rosenkrans, Shannon Capps (Earl) and Mark Rosenkrans; and his grandchildren, Joseph Rios, Jr., Coral Warren (Jamie), Ariana Rios, Tyler Wheeler (Viviana), Cooper Galloway and Lylah Galloway.
