Smith, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Kyle Fields (Kelsie), Kade Fields (Meagan), Brent Fields (Rachel), Brandon Fields (Emily) and Caroline Fields; his great grandchildren, Remi Fields, Kase Fields, Hensli Fields, Kamdyn Fields and Kope Fields; and his friend Gary.
