He is survived by: his children, Brett Hurst of Springfield, Missouri, Lacey Hurst of Springfield, Kimberly Hurst of Colorado and Haley Hurst of Illinois; his siblings, Kathryn Zehr (Junior) of Pontiac, JoAnn Hurst of Pontiac, Janice Deal (Robert) of Pontiac and Billy Don Hurst of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; and his pets, Bugs and Nyxi.
