He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Glenn Lipscomb and Dorothy Carol Lipscomb; his son-in-law Paul Henry; and his daughter Diane Lipscomb (Paul Henry). He is survived by: his sister Joanne Elizabeth Lowe; his wife Betty Lou Kuhnert Lipscomb; his son Glenn Lipscomb; his grandson Caleb Lipscomb; his son Charles Lipscomb (Caleb Lipscomb); his granddaughter Anne Lipscomb Prosch (Keith Prosch); his great grandchildren, Hudson, Cooper and Ellie; his grandson Matthew Lipscomb (Kelli); his great grandchildren, Betty and Banks; his granddaughters, Alexandra and Katie Henry; his son David Lipscomb (David Crum); and his nephews, Mark Lowe, Mike Lowe and Greg Lowe. He is also survived by married in 1958 and had 4 children.
