He is survived by: his wife Nancy Holderman; his children, Donnie Lee, Rick Lee (Sandy), Pam Ragon (Garth), Rita Chapman (Tony), Debbie Walker (Kenny), Loretta Cameron (Joe) and Lisa Cooper; and his siblings, Jimmie Lee (Wanda), Ronnie Lee, Lizzie French, Fredia Musgrave, Leta Cornelison, DeLois Johnston and Geneva McCullough (Roger).
