Donna Hickman wrote a sympathy message

“I have so many memories of Uncle Rodger from our time in Mannington, WV. I remember him always joking with my mother(Ruth) and she would laugh so hard. I know they are now doing the same thing in heaven. My mother truly loved her brothers. My our God be with you all and he will give you comfort during this time. Donna Ruth (Glover) Hickman”
