He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Crighton and Flo Crighton (Young); and his son George Duane "Joe" Crighton, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Hazel; and his brother John Crighton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the J. D. Lee and Sons Funeral Home (7405 Ferrel Ln, Rogersville, MO 65742).
