He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Miller and Bynum Miller; and his siblings, Neva Fraley and John. He is survived by: his wife Dona; his daughter Brieta Self; his grandson Louis; his great grandchild Lucy of Mackinaw, IL; his granddaughters, Shanna Strauss of Tahlequah, OK and Stephanie Bowers of Cabot, AR; his son Brett; his daughter-in-law Betsy Miller; his granddaughter Carsen (Kevin Prather); his great grandchild Emmett of Springfield; his granddaughter Cassidy Miller of Kansas City; and his sister Patsy Hatman of Thayer.
