He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lipchik and Helen Lipchik (Garlik); and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his wife Becky Schaffner; his children, Patty Shemwell, Jerry Lipchik, Jr. (Susan), Bob Lipchik (Elizabeth) and Mike Lipchik (Alissa); and his sister Kathy Calvert (Jim). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
