He is survived by: his parents, Carl Woodson Cunningham and Mary Elizabeth Cunningham (Shockley); his wife Mary Cunningham (Priorello) of Springfield; his children, Shannon Medley (Jeremy) of Springfield, MO, Glen Thomas "Tommy" Cunningham II (Janelle) of Winston-Salem, NC and Nicholas Cunningham (Jessica) of Pierce City, MO; his grandchildren, Bryanna, Emaline, Cohen, Rosalie, Audrey and Genevieve; and his siblings, Ted Cunningham (Darla), Terry Cunningham (Linda), Tracy Bobbitt (Mack) and Tammi Sparkman (Jerry D.). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Children's Miracle Network or American Red Cross Blood.
