He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kristek and Sophia Kristek; and his sisters, Helen Rapp and Evelyn Schmidt. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Kellie Riehl (Damon) of Springfield, MO., Chris Kristek (Amber) of Springfield, MO. and Kathe Kristek of Springfield, MO.; his grandchildren, Hannah Vohs (Dustin), Sarah Downey (Greg), Lydia Riehl, Kindall, Kamrynn, Kristian, Karrington Kristek, Eloise and Oscar Bruton; his great grandchildren, Everett, Graham, Liza Downey, Esmé and Damon Vohs; and his siblings, Bill Kristek (Jane), Kenny Kristek (Linda), Sue Mettlach (Kenneth) and Dorothy Gold (Dennis). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and extended relatives.
