Hallie Mason Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hallie Mason of Springfield, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 7, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hallie Rorrer and Esther Smith Rorrer; her husband Rudy Stephen Mason; her siblings, Donna Jean Fann and John Charles Rorrer; and her grandson John David Duchardt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Morrison (Gary) and Tena Kaiser (Chuck); her grandchildren, Matthew Kaiser (Stacey) and Heather Duchardt; her great grandchild Serenity Duchardt; her sister-in-law Rhonda Rorrer; her stepgranddaughters, Brianna Benson (Kyle) and Bailey Morrison; and her half-sister Donna Rorrer Schanuth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and their children.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Knapp Johnson Funeral Home (140 S Detroit Ave, Morton, IL 61550). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Knapp-Johnson Funeral Home (140 S Detroit Ave, Morton, IL 61550).
