He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorence Lokensgard and Helen Lokensgard (Johnson). He is survived by: his children, David and Diane; his grandchildren, Sheena, Sonja, Royce and Deering; his great grandchildren, Donovan, Dimitri, Trey and Oakley; his brother Howard; his sister-in-law Darlene; and his cousin Dawn (Lee). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Messiah Lutheran Church (925 E Seminole St, Springfield, MO 65804). A celebration of life was held on Monday, August 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Messiah Lutheran Endowment Fund.
