He was predeceased by : his parents, Alvin Hiser and Mary Hiser; and his sister Marilyn Morgan. He is survived by : his daughters, Heather Bruce, Candice (Charlie Brown) and Christina Hiser; his grandchildren, Anthony, Shaylee, Mataya Bruce, Liam, Aidan, Amelia Brown, Ariana and Bricen Morales; his great grandchild Paisley Bruce; and his sister Phyllis Bumgarner (Jim).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to the Veterans service organization of you choice.
