He was predeceased by: his siblings, David Holtkamp and Mary Kay Holtkamp; and his brother-in-law Bob Newman. He is survived by: his wife Susan Holtkamp (Parker); his daughters, Lori and Amy Holtkamp; his siblings, Carol Newman, Susan Conkle (Ed) and Mark Holtkamp (Pam); and his siblings-in-law, Stephenie Holtkamp and Gregory Parker (Sandy).
