With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Herschel A. Jordan of Springfield, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman MacDonald Jordan and Martha Ann Jordan (Baldwin); his son Tommy Mack Jordan; his siblings, Bonnie Montgomery (Jordan), Don Jordan, Carl Jordan and Gary Jordan; and his wife Donna Sue Bagley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Deterding (Chad) and Julie Jordan; his grandchildren, Tyler Deterding, Mason Deterding, Kyle Deterding (Sloane), Jake Deterding, Andrew Jordan, Kaden Jordan and London Munsey; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Jenkins and Cecil Bagley (Shirley). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sac River Cowboy Church (6448 State Hwy EE, Springfield, MO 65802). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at the Clear Creek Cemetery (7644 W Farm Rd 108, Springfield, MO 65802).
