He was predeceased by: his parents, Chesley G. Moore and Stella Marie Groebe; his wife Jackie; and his siblings, Norman Moore and Doris Moore Elliott.
He is survived by: his daughter Laurie; his son-in-law Rob Hermance-Moore of Columbus; his son Douglas Moore of Springfield; and his granddaughter Allison Hermance-Moore of Columbus.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, "You Can Fly" Challenge, which supports and encourages high school students to fly.
