He is survived by: his wife Joan Booth; his children, Linda Bridges of Brookline, MO and Steve Highfill (Linda) of Springfield, MO; his grandchildren, Reggie Bridges, Amanda Maher (Zach) of Ozark, MO and Todd Highfill of Springfield, MO; and his sister Mary Bratcher of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.
