She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and Cora Lewis; and her daughters, Delores and Carolyn Kay (Melvin). She is survived by: her husband Melvin James Boulware; and her grandchildren, DeEtta Rasnake, Jeff Dodson, Gusty Lee Boulware, Amanda Boulware, Adrienne Boulware, Justin Boulware, Heather Boulware and Nathan Boulware. She is also survived by several Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
