He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Becky, Terry and Amie; his stepchildren, Andrea and Rick; his sister Barbara; and his sister-in-law Barbara. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and ENDLESS other friends and extended family.
