He was predeceased by: his former wife Theone Cole; his parents, Owen Willard Cole and Mary Elizabeth Cole; his siblings, Sylvia Ruth Logue, Gene Edward Cole and Raymond Roylee Burt Cole; his children, Jack Owen Cole Jr. and Marianna Jeanette Cole Evans; and his grandsons, Joel Owen Lomax and Jack Christo Evans.

He is survived by: his wife Debi Cole; his daughters, Jeanne Cole Ames (JR) of Springfield, MO and Jacqueline Cole Trtan of Springfield, MO; his siblings, Willard Dale Cole (Judy) of Pryor, OK and Nona Elizabeth Uthoff of Parker, CO; and his stepdaughters, Sarah Winfield and Rebecca Cobb. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
