He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bert Garrison and Evelyn Garrison; and his children, Lyman Garrison, Jennifer Garrison and Carl Garrison. He was also cherished by his extended family, friends.

His adventurous spirit led him to serve in the Air Force, where he made significant contributions to our nation.
