He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Nicely and Edna Nicely of Texas. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Nicely; his children, Brittny Belcher and Woody Nicely (Kimberly); his brother John Nicely (Mamie); and his former wife Linda Mulholland (Tom).
