He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Doris Ann Dando; his children, Michael Eugene Dando and Deborah Lee Wall; his son-in-law Glenn W. Fletcher; his son Jim Dando Rigsby (Ken); his grandchildren, Becky Fletcher Knox (Danny), Ashley Whitten (Josh), Emily Willoughby (Ryan), Elizabeth Anderson (Chason), Audra and Jimmy III; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Kelly, Maci, Jack, Olivia and Clara.
