He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. James L Hodge and Elizabeth A Hodge (Ballard). He is survived by: his sisters, Kimberle Allen of Winter Park, FL and Kristen Hoyt of Oklahoma City, OK; his sons, Christopher Hodge of Springfield, MO and Cody Hodge; and his granddaughter Natalie Hodge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
