He is survived by: his parents, Lonnie Joseph and Carmen Lea Perry (Bollinger); his fiancé Montana "Tana" Lea LeVelle; his children, Hunter Greyson Perry and Sophia Madisyn Ellen Hale; his grandson Cody James Nicholas Perry; his brother Samual Joseph Perry; and his aunt Judy Perry.
