He was predeceased by: his aunts, Cheryl Scherff and Glenda Crain. He is survived by: his sons, Jacob Leon Cook Ash and Garrett Levi Cook Ash; his parents, Rick Cook (Nancy) and Tina Malloy (Greg); his siblings, William David "Bebo" Trotter, Christopher Boyd Cook and Vivian Rin Sallee; and his nephew Gage Mathew Trotter. He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends and family.
