He is survived by: his mother Carol Geithman (Allen) of Springfield, Missouri; his children, Morgan Geithman of Columbia, Alyssa Geithman of St. Louis, Missouri, Jackson Geithman of St. Louis, Missouri and Ella Geithman of St. Louis, Missouri; his siblings, Tim Geithman (Brittany) of Athens and Kimberly Geithman of Crystal Lake, Illinois; his fiancé Lauren Ulrich of Tunnel Hill, Illinois; and his pets, Sienna and Finley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
