He was predeceased by: his parents, Max R. Sarff and Donna Sarff (Mace). He is survived by: his wife Julianne Sarff (Kollmeier); his son Brett Sarff (Chelsea); his granddaughter Violet Sarff; his brother Randy Sarff (Coleen); his brother-in-law Bob Kollmeier (Wendy); his niece Chelsey Kollmeier (Max Cazort); and his great-nephew Oliver Cazort. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
