It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Kay Birks (Springfield, Missouri), who passed away on July 6, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha McClelland and Orville McClelland; her husbands, John (Jack) and Benny; her brother Jim McClelland; and her sister-in-law Joyce McClelland.
She is survived by: her son Jeff Perkins; her son-in-law Michael Duncan; her son Jerry Perkins; her daughter-in-law Shairey Perkins; her son James Perkins (Jim); her daughter-in-law Angie Perkins; her brother-in-law James Pingel; her brother Jerry McClelland; her sister-in-law Chris McClelland; her grandchildren, Jessica Parnell (Ryan), Amanda Harley (Chaz), Kayla Elmore (Jeremy), John Perkins (Taylor), Josh Perkins (Julia) and Ray Perkins; her great grandchild Aaliyah Perkins-Parnell; her grandchildren, Addie, Miana, Lincoln Harley, Jax, Ellie Elmore, Maddie Perkins, Malik and Leilani Perkins; and her pet Jesse.
