It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Cissell of Springfield, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on June 22, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Lee Cissell; her parents, Del Ray Billings and Wanda Colleen Billings (Putman); and her siblings, Lori Beth McCulley (Billings), Dan Warren Billings and Dave Del Billings.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Shawn Dellinger of Springfield, MO and Brad Allan Dellinger (Jennifer) of Springfield, MO; and her stepchildren, Tammy Lynn Bills (Jeff) of Woodland, CA and Steven Lee Cissell (Christal) of Myrtle Beach, SC. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 3½ great-grandchildren.
