He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill Penland, Betty Mowery and Larry Elliott; his cousin Jordon Horner; and his uncle Grant Cox.
He is survived by: his parents, Greg Elliott and Jill Elliott; his grandparents, Dana Martin, Sammy Penland, Wayne Mowery, Dianna McCallister and Patty Evins; and his stepmother Leona. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Polk County Humane Society in Jared's name.
