She was predeceased by: her parents, Leora Tomlin Butler and Clyde R. Butler; and her siblings, Ann Sanders and Carlton Butler. She is survived by: her granddaughters, Christina Lynn, Malea Ann and Andrea Jean Simkins; her great grandchildren, Elaina, Lawrence, Aiden, Keaton Mercer, Addison, Carter Simkins and Park Van Drie; her husband Barclay M. Newman, Jr.; and her daughters, Tina Newman and Dana Newman. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and their spouses; and several nieces and nephews.
