He was predeceased by: his mother Clara Graham (Bargen); his spouse Loris "Vi" Graham; and his siblings, Jim, Pete, Bobby and Betty.

He is survived by: his father Edward Graham; his sons, Stephen Graham (Lori) and Kevin Graham (Amy); his grandchildren, Kyle, Kinsley, Jordan, Andrew and Erick Rikard; and his great grandchild Kiernan.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Jerry's memory to C.A.R.E. animal rescue.
